We don't have plans to offer balanced or custom-terminated cables for LCD-1s, but it should be fairly simple to make one or to convert the existing cable.
If you prefer to purchase an aftermarket cable, we can't endorse specific brands, but here are a few makers that may be able to help:

The stock LCD-1 cable is effectively two separate cables bundled into one, with full signal going to all connectors. For an aftermarket cable to work properly, each side must be wired with a 3.5mm stereo TRS plug connected for the proper side (or both sides, as is done for the stock cable).
Here's a diagram to illustrate how the stock cable is wired:
If you want to convert the supplied cable: if you remove the existing 3.5mm plug on the amp end, you can re-terminate with your choice of balanced connector. Just connect the ground and shield wires to the negative terminals on your chosen connector, and then connect the positive wires to the positive terminals. Here's a website that may be useful if you want some wiring advisement.
Of course we have to include a note from our legal team: Audeze can't take any responsibility for damage or injury done as a result of experimenting with this, and we can't offer any warranty on modified cables.
