Greetings travelers! The maximum output volume for the Sony PS4 and Nintendo Switch is limited due to licensing issues with those consoles, which we are unfortunately unable to bypass. We assume you've tried adjusting the headphone volume wheel on your Mobius by spinning it upwards, so here are some other tips that may be useful:
- It's important to note that when the connection type is switched, the volume on the headphone may reduce to a lower default value, so if you move from USB to Aux (or back again) the volume setting may be changed.
- We recommend you try turning up the volume in the settings in your console itself.
- For the Switch, we also recommend you turn off "Lower Max Headphone Volume" in settings.
